Ty is everything you could want in a trainer. I was able to rehab a hurt back and a painful knee while getting Stronger and Leaner than I've ever been. So many trainers start to lose focus the longer you train with them, but Ty is fully locked in every session.

In October 2021, I was Sidelined by a Back Injury and was told by my doctor that "women of my age" need to lift weights to stay healthy. A Lifelong Runner, I have studiously avoided weightlifting, preferring cardio for exercise.
