I can't recommend Ty highly enough. In October 2021, I was sidelined by a back injury and was told by my doctor that "women of my age" need to lift weights to stay healthy. A lifelong runner, I have studiously avoided weightlifting, preferring cardio for exercise. After a few sessions with Ty, I was a convert. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and how to improve even the tiniest muscle, and customizes each session to my particular strengths and growth areas. He is also tremendously encouraging and pushes me to push myself to achieve new strength heights. I have lifted more weight and attempted more challenging exercises than I ever believed possible. In addition to toning my muscles, I achieve an immense satisfaction as I grow with each session. I am also much less prone to injury and feel more confident navigating my day-to-day. Finally, and most important, Ty makes each session fun, we laugh and joke, even while I'm straining to lift a heavy load, which is what keeps me coming back each week.
