Ty is a dedicated fitness professional with a proven track record of helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Backed by over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Ty takes a client-centered approach in providing impactful growth, both physically and mentally, and equipping individuals with the tools to lead healthier lives beyond the gym. He holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), the Functional Movement Systems FMS 1 and FMS 2 (FMS), Precision Nutrition as a certified nutrition coach (PN1), the Functional Range Systems as a functional range conditioning mobility specialist (FRCms), Exos as a certified performance specialist (XPS), and from Integrated Kinetic Neurology (IKN). Ty earned his BA in Business Administration from Saint Peter’s University after transferring from Howard University as a collegiate basketball player.
Ty has provided care in strength and conditioning for brands such as Nike and the Jordan Brand and has worked with clients ranging from professional and collegiate athletes, c-suite executives, celebrities, young athletes, to everyday individuals who are just starting their fitness journey. Ty proudly embraces the mindset of a "forever student," consistently expanding on his expertise in business and the pursuit of higher performance living. He is someone who thrives on challenges and is dedicated to refining his strategies through ongoing coursework and learning opportunities.
