In our first phase of training we will place a focus on developing functional mobility and joint strength. This will include targeted work on ligament and tendon health. Training for a well-developed core will also be introduced in phase one. We will train movements and not primarily individual muscles, expect a blend of unilateral movements and multi-planar training exercises depending on your level of fitness.

I can't recommend Ty highly enough. In October 2021, I was sidelined by a back injury and was told by my doctor that "women of my age" need to lift weights to stay healthy. A lifelong runner, I have studiously avoided weightlifting, preferring cardio for exercise. After a few sessions with Ty, I was a convert.
