In our first phase of training we will place a focus on developing functional mobility and joint strength. This will include targeted work on ligament and tendon health. Training for a well-developed core will also be introduced in phase one. We will train movements and not primarily individual muscles, expect a blend of unilateral movements and multi-planar training exercises depending on your level of fitness.
